Eleanor Russell Hsieh Cards
Choose from four different cards by Cornish based artist Eleanor Russell-Hsieh.
Eleanor Russell-Hsieh grew up in a tiny hamlet in Cornwall – adventuring in the rivers, woodland and seaside that surrounded her.
Studying paper conservation at Camberwell College of Arts (University of the Arts London), she spent 13 years working as a paper conservator for some of the world’s leading museums and institutions – including the British Museum, British Library and Natural History Museum.
In 2013, Eleanor moved back to south-east Cornwall, and started printing the same year. Combining printing with her lifelong love of drawing, she began experimenting with lino, drypoint and monotype methods – and fell in love with the unpredictability of the printing process.
Influenced by her love of nature, Eleanor’s work is whimsical and nostalgic in equal measure. Her monochromatic prints are a love letter to Cornwall; its diverse flora and fauna a continuing source of inspiration.
Square format, blank inside. Envelopes included.
