Isla's Gardening 2026 Calendar
Isla Middleton’s 2026 ‘Growing Through The Season’ calendar.
‘This calendar is a celebration of seasonal flowers, fruit and vegetables illustrated with full page original designs. This year I have experimented with hand painted layers of ink with linocut textures to create multicoloured designs to bring joy and growing inspiration throughout the year.
This is our seventh edition of the calendar and has been created to inspire, encourage and teach you to sow, grow and harvest fresh produce straight from the garden. It also promotes the importance of seasonal, and locally grown organic food and the positive benefits of connecting with nature.
With fresh new designs and tips this year we celebrate gardening that is beautiful and productive. Planting flowers alongside vegetables and fruits brings such a joyful sense of beauty and harmony to your garden. They are brilliant for insects and pollinators and encouraging a healthy ecosystem. Each month is introduced with a poetic offering that captures the essence of the time of the year.
This calendar is a perfect gift for gardeners, allotment growers, vegetable lovers and anyone keen to get started, just needing a bit of guidance throughout the year.
I have created this calendar with my sister Bryony Middleton, Head Gardener at Sharpham Trust in Devon.
Each month will include: A full page illustration of seasonal fruit, flowers or vegetables. Tips and knowledge for the month (including what to sow and harvest). A Growing Chart will feature at the back, with an overview of the sowing and harvest schedule. Dates for the phases of the moon, bank holidays and seasonal festivals.
-PRINTING DETAILS-
